Building For Growing
Peter, a self-professed plant-a-holic from Sweden, will be showing us how he creates different environments for plants. He will include a little bit of everything; crevices, sand beds, peat blocks and woodlands. He will also share plant recommendations for each of these areas, as well as explain how he sows and grows plants in these environments.
Peter lives with his wife, Mirjam, near Gothenburg, Sweden. He runs a nursery where he sells surplus plants from his garden. He gives talks in Scandinavia and throughout northern Europe. He periodically works at the Botanical Garden in Gothenburg where he helps Henrik Zetterlund construct new gardens. He has also built gardens with Ron McBeath in Scotland.
